Reza Fayyazi : رضا فیاضی : (born Abdulreza Fiyazi on July 6, 1953) is a prominent Iranian actor, writer, voice actor, director, and television presenter. He has also published several collections of stories and poems, showcasing his versatility as an artist.
Early Life: Born in 1953 in the Asieh Abad neighborhood of Ahvaz, Reza Fiyazi grew up during the nationalization of the oil industry in Iran. He recalls that until he was of school age, he had neither a birth certificate nor an official name, and was affectionately called "Melli" by those around him. He completed his high school education in his hometown before pursuing a passion for acting and directing.
Career Beginnings: Reza Fiyazi's professional career began in 1976 when he appeared in the TV series Golbaran, directed by Reza Babak. He then acted in Bahram Beyzaie's film The Ballad of Tara, where he also served as a stage manager. Over the years, Fiyazi expanded his artistic endeavors to include writing, puppetry, and radio work. He has also hosted several television programs and was invited as a judge for an Arabic poetry festival in Shadegan.
