Plot Summary: Chera Gerye Nemikoni ? tells the story of Ali Shahnaz, who has lost both his parents and feels responsible for taking care of his recently married younger brother. However, tragedy strikes again when his younger brother also passes away. Plunged into despair and loneliness, Ali becomes emotionally numb and reaches a state of absolute emptiness. Despite the efforts of friends, colleagues, his aunt, and a new romantic interest, who all try to help him express his grief, Ali remains unable to cry. They constantly urge him to confront his emotions and ask, "Chera Gerye Nemikoni ?" as they try to bring him back to life from his deep-seated sorrow.
