Paalaayeshgaah : پالایشگاه : Set in 1980, during the Iran-Iraq War, Palayeshgah (Refinery) follows a group of engineers at the Abadan oil refinery. Faced with the challenges of war, these engineers strive to repair other refineries using the resources and equipment available in their warehouses. The film highlights their dedication and resourcefulness in the midst of a tumultuous period in Iranian history.
